By accessing or using FilingsIQ (this website, its API, or its MCP server), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of service

FilingsIQ is a demonstration/portfolio project that retrieves and summarizes publicly available U.S. SEC filings using retrieval-augmented generation. It is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or service level. It may be rate-limited, modified, or taken offline at any time without notice.

2. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. See also the Disclaimer.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilingsIQ and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including reliance on any answer it generates.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use automated means to scrape, flood, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others;
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls;
Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content intended to mislead others into believing it is official SEC or company communication;
Resell or redistribute the service's output at scale without attribution back to the original SEC filing source.

5. Intellectual property

The FilingsIQ name, this website's design, and its underlying software are the property of its operator. Underlying SEC filing content is a public record and is not owned by FilingsIQ — see the Disclaimer.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
